The item was received well packaged a week sooner than stated, so a star for that. Unfortunately it was a completely different colour from the listed item photo (white instead of the olive shown) so didn't match my existing earbuds. Two messages over the course of a week to return the item for a refund have been ignored. I finally decided to live with it and use the earbud only to discover it's completely dead anyway.
