Great item, as described, arrived on time. BUT bad delivery! DPD left it at the wrong address. Even after I got an email asking me where I wanted it left if not at home during the expected delivery time. I gave an address of a trustworthy neighbour. I then got an email telling me my valuable parcel has been delivered to somewhere else entirely, wrong number. wrong street and wrong (untrustworthy) neighbour, DPD didn't knock on MY door, I was home all the time waiting for it. Shame on you DPD.

The Tablet is as described, New & Unused, When this Tablet was originally sold the battery would have been in the box & not in the Tablet, I received it with the battery fitted. Battery doesn’t hold a full charge, because it’s been in the product. I will also add the tablet is from 2017 - so some battery degradation is/was expected.. All in all I am extremely pleased with it, you can do much more than you think.. Highly recommend this seller & item.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a Surface Laptop 3 from seller, it arrived as described and in good condition. Noticed just 1-2 days after arrival that they increased their discount from 10% to 15% so politely wrote to ask if they had any price matching or if I could return as unwanted at my expense and buy again. 4 eBay messages, never got a reply. Found out it's because they blocked my account, just for asking this - what would I do if I needed warranty later? Disgusting way to handle a genuine, honest enquiry.

Hi We did not reduce the price of the listing you purchased the laptop from. There was only one laptop available and you purchased it, with a 10% discount. Our discount offers are targeted based on the current listing price and stock available. if we were offering a 15% discount it was not on the laptop you purchased. If you feel the price you paid for the laptop is unfair please open a return request and we will provide a pre-paid return label and full refund upon receipt of the laptop.
