Everything was individually wrapped and the seller clearly put effort into offering value. Unfortunately, the switch had some deeper failures and deeper defects that didn't present with normal testing. Initial appearance presented strong value but once I got deep into the setup I found some HW failures. Return label was immediately provided and refund was timely.

    Works Well & Great Seller Support This Cisco Catalyst 9300 functions properly but arrived with deep scratches on top and visible dents on the front, which weren’t clearly mentioned. However, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally. Their prompt support made a big difference. ⭐ Final Verdict: 4/5 – Functional unit with some wear, but excellent customer service. Would buy from this seller again.

    These were used, older devices. I get that. One of the devices has a bad LAN port 1, and I reached out to the seller. They overnight shipped a replacement device and told me to recycle the bad device. Seller goes beyond expectations to resolve issues.
