They overnight shipped a replacement device and told me to recycle the bad device. Seller goes beyond expectations to resolve issues.   Works Well & Great Seller Support This Cisco Catalyst 9300 functions properly but arrived with deep scratches on top and visible dents on the front, which weren’t clearly mentioned. However, the seller was very responsive and handled the situation professionally.
