    This item arrived in a secure envelope by courier, but was very late arriving from ordering. There were no instructions inside on how to use them especially for elderly people like me who have never used them before. Having said that the actual buttons are really lovely with delicate little designs and the colours are really good. They are all well made and very good value for money. I would still recommend this seller despite the above, Communication/information is very important with any goods

    Good value, good price, and does exactly what it says on the box. Every household should have a lint remover, Smooth transaction with seller, recommend. Only problem is with Hermes who left the package outside the security gate which accesses our flat and two others. There were two of us in. It was luck that one of our neighbours saw the package and brought it to us. We do have a lot of footfall and it could have easily gone missing. This is NOT the fault of the seller,
