    This item arrived in a secure envelope by courier, but was very late arriving from ordering. There were no instructions inside on how to use them especially for elderly people like me who have never used them before. Having said that the actual buttons are really lovely with delicate little designs and the colours are really good. They are all well made and very good value for money. I would still recommend this seller despite the above, Communication/information is very important with any goods
