    The manual on CD arrived promptly, well packaged and in excellent condition (new!). It didn t cover a few points that were specific to my car, which I queried with the seller. They engaged immediately and were very helpful indeed, even trying to find a different version that would help me out. This wasn t possible, so the seller has offered a full refund. Really can t fault the interaction here.
