    Generally ok I guess, because the item was genuine and cheaper than anywhere else (which is nice), however it did arrive late and the seller did not communicate with me at all, other than to request for the case with eBay to be closed once it finally arrived. So I'd recommend the seller, but not for anything "mission critical" that needs to be delivered on time.

    Although there was a mistake in sending the wrong item I applied the ebay returns process and within minutes got it sorted. Printed the label, handed the parcel over the PO counter and got a receipt as proof of posting. Upon looking at the ebay page the money was refunded quickly so I am able to provide a positive feedback because of the way ebay and the seller handled it all. A bit disappointed as the item in question would have been an excellent addition to my equipment's setup.
