I ordered in good faith and description states the filter fits chillmax air tower which is what i have , it does not state there are different models . These are the experts not me . It doesnt fit so they want to charge me £3.25 to send back an item that cost £9.99 madness , well nice to see their customer service is as good as their profuct

We don't know what type of cooler you have so its your responsibility to order the correct one. We have stated the model number in the listing of the actual filter. As for the postage cost that is provided by eBay when you open a returns.
