  This Item was exactly as expected, The description and photos were spot on. The sellers communication was good. The stove is now plumbed in and working without problems. I have not dealt with this seller before, but would do so again. Tracking it across Europe was interesting, but it arrived two days earlier than expected. Yes, I had to pay import VAT, but that was expected, from the listing details. Great product, Great seller. 5*

  Item came as promised quick delivery. Still in it's packing until required. Waiting for invoice from tnt/FedEx to come so all is sorted. I have been in contact and told invoice will be sent.   Excellent seller with really fast replies to any queries. The Burner was shipped within 2 days of ordering and was here within a week. The packaging was fantastic, packed safely and securely in it's own pallet crate. We didn't have to pay any import duties but were expecting to but it would have only been about £50 anyway. If you want a really good burner from an excellent seller, look no further than here. I will buy from them again.

  Artikel Versand aus dem Ausland ziemlich schnell ! Verpackung sehr gut speziell für den Ofen angepasst ! Keine Beschädigungen ! Keine Bescheinigung BimSchV2 mitgeliefert nur was bei ebay auf der Internetseite steht. könnte Problem bei manchen Schornsteinfegern geben ! Ansonsten gut Verarbeitet (Dichtheitsprüfung allerdings noch nicht gemacht) alles wie beschrieben !
