Amazing service and price. Large multi fuel burner shipped to the UK from Bulgaria within a week. Didn’t have to pay VAT nor Import Duty despite the warnings. If we had it was only estimated at about £50 so it’d still have made the purchase great value. Well packaged in a wooden crate and it was delivered by TNT. The burner isn’t fitted yet but looks great and seems to be constructed well.

The item I received was better than I expected. The delivery time was very quick, considering that it came by road from Bulgaria. When the item arrived, it was incredibly well packed for transport. They clearly take pride in their product. Also, the correspondence I received was fantastic. They answered all of my questions quickly.

The seller was pro-active and helpful, unfortunately the same cannot be said about the courier. The delays with transport and customs were unacceptable, tracking and feed was very poor. The item was dispatched on 07-Dec and was delivered on 04-Jan There was no prior notice of delivery.
