    Item was dispatched late with no communication, as it was an item that could not be left in a safe place(DPD RULES) my wife had to waste a holiday day from work to make sure she was in to receive the item( very frustrating ) as we ordered from TEKSHOP because they stated day ( DPD 48) delivery which fell right for her midweek day off, item is what was needed and will hopefully last longer then the one it replaced
