  Great customer service, 1st set took ages to arrive and sadly was all damaged in a badly ripped envelope inside a Royal Mail plastic bag saying apologies plus some bits were missing. (So I must stress Royal Mails fault and not the eBay seller!) Contacted seller & they promptly replied & re sent a new set which I may add - I received super quick and in mint condition , thank you so much do sorting! :0)

  I was looking for tiny Philips screwdriver when I saw this keyring item. The seller accepted my offer, the payment went through with no problem, and it was posted the same day. I received communication about the postage, a thank you from the seller, and the item arrived today. It surprised me with how well it worked, it fixed the problem I had in a few minutes, and I can't thank the seller enough. Perfect, 5 *, and hope to find more items to buy in future.

  Item never received after 7 days after was marked as dispatched seller provided no proof of dispatch i.e no tracking number or receipt, was rude when I messaged stating I should of bought 2 and not rely on 1 and that it's only £3 which wasn't the point when I pay for a item I expect to receive it, i shouldn't have to purchase 2 just in case one doesn't arrive, this seller is a tryer blames royal mail and says you should of bought 2 incase 1 doesn't arrive, seller reported to eBay !!

  Must be the time of the year, rudeness is at it's peak. Just because your a buyer on eBay doesn't give you the right to be rude, egotistical or demand. Where's eticut and manners gone. eBay should ban buyers like this who try and intimidate and threaten sellers with leaving negative feedback. It's not the be all and end all of selling on eBay they'll always be customers such as this who expect the world on a shoe string. I advise the buyer not to be under pressure if there child is so demanding.
