Has no idea as to customer service, business is built on cs, reputation, quality, speed of response etc, Rumaisa Ahmed has no idea. Delivering the right item on time should be a given, responding to messages a must, giving your customers money back due to your incompetence a top priority, very poor, verging on fraudulence.
