The seller apologised, claiming it was an error and promised to investigate. I returned the item immediately. The seller did not respond the next day as promised, but shipped a new device to me on the following day, which was delivered to me within 24hrs. The new device matched the description of the listing. The problem was resolved in the end, all be it stressful.

The seller appeared to be friendly on the eBay messaging system and they answered all of my Q and A's without any issues before making the purchase. A1+ Hope this helps!
