  Well packaged in Transit, Item as described and in Excellent condition. Came with a Fast charging cable, and a Free, transparent case too, No issues with the phone itself, But the S pen wouldn't connect, but this was quickly resolved with the seller offering a refund if I bought another genuine one, this I promptly did and the new S pen connected fine to the Note Ultra. Overall, very happy with the Phone and the seller themselves. Would recommend and would deal with them again. A****************

  Eventually received my phone after waiting 2 weeks the phone is exactly as described very happy with it so far the seller responded to all my messages and I eventually got the phone more communication with the sellers team is required to ship items
