    I had to buy a fan and needed the exact part number listed. I confirmed with them twice that it is the exact part as I need to get a carrier to Canada. However, despite my best efforts, the item arrived was NOT as advertised and is a different part number and therefore not compatible. This has caused so much time, money and is extremely frustrating. What’s worse is TechVent chose to ignore my request to address their mistake and ghosted me. This is by far the worst online service experience.
