  The bag is larger than expected. It could be said that it's bigger on the inside, but the backpack as a whole is just larger than what I had expected it would be. The Seller was very helpful! I spoke to them for a few hours and was able to work out a shipping schedule that worked out. I was able to get the backpack in a time that was perfect for me!

  I'm very sorry for any inconvenience. An eBay return was offered immediately upon request via messages, and not taken by the buyer. The buyer said the item would be returned upon payment via outside payment platform. No response after the official eBay return protocol was requested.
