  Excellent communication and fast delivery! The item is brand new just as described on the website. Seller will be very honest on the condition of the item if you ask about it. The doll was packed with bubble wrap and placed inside a thick USPS Priority Mail cardboard box. It arrived in excellent condition. I like the “Fragile Handle With Care” sticker affixed on the shipment box. This is my second purchase from the seller. I trust them. I highly recommend them!

  Had 2 wait 7 days to review. Package arrived dented w/ small openings along the side flaps from collapse. Doll was wrapped loosely in bubble wrap & plastic bags, lots of open space; no adequate protection around the fragile arms, so they arrived broken & loose in box. An arm piece + the boa was missing, I'm assuming they slipped out an opening in transit. Package DID have fragile written on side & with a red sticker on top. Pre-buying, seller responded to a question within 24 hrs. Arrived early.

  Was sent out very well wrapped and perfect condition - Post Office must have really treated it badly. It was sent Priority Mail - insured up to $100.00. Advised buyer to take pictures and contact Post Office. Sorry this happened.
