I messaged the seller to inform and to explain that I was about to go away. The reply was prompt, despite the holiday period, and helpful. I would be happy to buy from this seller again. The item has been disposed of and my payment refunded. I am less happy with ebay current procedure for such eventualities, which I found difficult to understand and follow.

But when it arrived no base come I sent 2 emails to the seller with regards to no base been delivered and they stated we're does it say a base was included so just to check I went on their site again and they had removed were it said base was included. They have not just done this to me another person has wrote the same comment. Do not trust this seller false advertising
