Both times my Mac's arrived quickly, well packaged, and are exactly as described if not better. The price was very reasonable and they are very good at answering any questions.     extremely over the moon with my MacBook, recently broke my old one so had to buy a new one and didn't want to fork out loads lol. MacBook arrived very well packaged and securely packaged with fragile tape on the box, came exactly as advertised and within 72hrs of me purchasing :) could not recommend a better seller if you want a MacBook that is both amazing value and good quality for your money this is where it's at :) thank you so so much!!!!

    First laptop sent had a busted Right Shift key. I contacted the seller and they sent a shipping label within 2 hours. A week later, they sent a different laptop with the same hard drive and RAM specs but with an even better battery, and that's what I'm typing on right now. That's excellent customer service, glad I purchased from them. Huge speed upgrade from my 2019 MacBook Pro.
