Very Angry at the Hermes delivery guy ART who dumped my parcel at an empty house down the road, right in the exposed middle of the doorway. Just a short path away from the public street, and highly visible to all passers by. Anyone could have stolen it ! Thank god I was at home and reacted immediately to the Parcel Delivered notice! Im very Angry at this man’s unprofessionalism! I suggest you complain to Hermes as I am going to. As for the bag it’s fantastic, even better than I expected.
