  The item arrived perfectly as described and well packaged, however when I came to attach it to my hair dryer, I found that it fits but doesn't attach properly due to my hair dryer model. I was really disappointed as I wanted to do my hair differently, but I contacted the seller and they were understanding and really helpful. Honestly, they are a fantastic seller and I would buy from again in the future. Very well earned 5***, keep up the good work!
