    Arrived with the shipping box falling apart! The tape did NOT secure the bottom and top flaps! You need to use better tape and more of it, especially across the bottom. Fortunately, the photo frame is about as big as the inside of the box and didn't fall out. And the accessories were bagged too. So, all is otherwise good. It works well. I did have to contact Pix-Star to "disconnect" this photo frame from the previous user's Pix-Star account and then do a factory reset on it.

    Thanks for the feedback. Amazing USPS, they miss treat the package all the way. It was taped properly. Good to know that I need extra tape for now. Incredible. I factory reset it to the best, didn't know about the account. Thanks
