arrived chipped. bought with 2 other pieces that were also damaged. fobbed off by seller telling me they are all checked and mine ''must have got through somehow. ACTUALLY EXPECTED ME TO SEND THEM BACK IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND. WHO WOULD PACK UP BROKEN GLASS TO RETURN/ALSO THE PRICES WERE LEFT ON THEM ALL WHICH WERE HALF WHAT I PAID FOR AND THEN THE SELER HAS THE AUDACITY TO SAY THE POSTAGE IS ADDED TO THE PRICE AND YET SAYS THEY GIVE''FREE POSTAGE. RUBBISH SECONDS AND A RUBBISH COMPANY

Hello and thank you for your review. I've just checked my previous message to yourself. I asked you to send me some pictures of the chipped glasses. You decided not to send any pictures. We also suggested that you can return the glass for a full refund. You decided against this option for some reason. All glass is checked prior to dispatch for any imperfections. Items are cheaper on our website. All items sold on eBay are sent post free along with other eBay charges hence the higher prices.
