  Delivered on time, packing was poor the horn had come out of its box for want of a bit of cellar tape and was loose in the plastic delivery bag how it was not damaged or if the bag had ripped would have gone for ever , you were lucky, The horn is of decent quality and is louder then i thought it would be, so very happy with it, the best price on e bay, top seller but you need to sack the packer, might cost you money next time.
