Initially didn’t respond to messages and then said tracking had shown I received the item even though I had sent communication from Royal Mail the item was missing from package. Needed to involve EBay in dispute, seller then made a prompt refund. Positive feedback being given for refunding money.

Exactly as described, lovely up, easy to assemble and neat. Only down side and this is not for the seller but the delivery as it had not been delivered to the correct address and I am just lucky that I had an honest neighbour. The seller I gave 5 stars, the delivery I gave 1 star would gave zero if that was possible.

Ordered from seller because Camo Netting was described as having string netting and bound edges for reinforcement. Found the camo had neither, sent seller a message within 30 mins of it being delivered, took ages for a reply, theusual delaying tactic of Send me photos, sent photos. The seller told ME I would have to pay return postage and had the cheek to offer me a £1 discount. I told him what to do with it. I will never use this seller again and would advise other Ebay buyers not to use him.
