    Hi Jim I understand your position and I m tired of arguing. The courier made it clear to me that the import tax had to be paid. The problem is that you have two offices, one in Europe and one in the UK. The items appear to be shipped from the UK so they have to pay the import tax. If you had shipped them from Belgium you wouldn t have had to pay. In any case I paid just over 15 euros otherwise the courier wouldn t have left the package and it would have been returned to you.     The customer paid in full for the item shipping and tax, When the item was delivered they paid the tax again which had already been paid for and collected from eBay It.is their fault not mine that they paid twice for the tax, and then to cap it all they have left me a Neutral Feedback WHY !!!!!!!!!!!!
