This ring was very well presented. Wrapped in tissue paper and then 2 lovely envelopes with pretty motifs on them, a very personal touch. It was then put inside a bubble wrap bag to make sure it was not damaged. It was exactly as described with no flaws. The seller sent an offer of a reduced price and i was very happy to accept. The seller sounds like a lovely genuine person, and very empathetic. The ring meant an awful lot to me. This seller is an amazing person.
