Pete from Tent Spares actually went out of his way on a Saturday to meet us at his unit for collection...really fantastic service and extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered replacement poles for our tent but when the arrived they weren’t quite right, possibly our tent was not exactly the same version that these were made for. We sent photos of our original poles and it was suggested that we return the new poles for a refund and send our original poles for repair. Refund was promptly given. Thank you.
