  This seller grossly overcharged for postage - i.e.charges 32.75 pounds for postage, when actual cost is 16.15 pounds! & refuses to reply to requests for refund of 16.60 pounds overcharge. Only replies when eBay staff open a not received item case to force them to reply. Then apparently claims it cost 16.60 pounds handling charge for used cardboard used as parcel wrapping. Still refusing to refund the 16.60 pound postage over charge. Only communicates when forced to buy eBay. Bad seller!

  I am delighted with the painting. The painting was very well wrapped. Rectangles of thick corrugated cardboard had been placed on the glass before the picture was wrapped in bubble wrap, which was well secured with tape. The picture was then wrapped in standard thickness corrugated card. Six lengths of parcel tape across the length and the same across the height of the picture meant there was no possibility that the packaging could be damaged in transit. An exemplary ebay seller - thank you.
