  Scam seller—beware! I bought a defective Bose Companion volume control pad—the aux jack wouldn’t stay connected. The seller promised a full refund, including return shipping if I covered it upfront. I paid $45.15 to return it. He got the item back and now refuses to respond or refund the shipping. Total scam. Don’t trust this seller—they lie and disappear once they get what they want.

  This is getting redicilous. It's been 13 days waiting on a package. The only word is it's "detained". WHY? There is no weather holding this up. There is NO reason for this delay. THIS is why I NEVER shop E-Bay (and never will again). Your vendors are quick to take my money and just as quick to basically tell me "you'll get it when you get it". There is no accountability.

  Thank you. I tried everywhere at the time to find the specific bracket that i needed and you were the only one i managed to find. Delivery was a bit lengthy [probably because of how far it came from] also a day later than expected. Also wasnt able to track when it would actually arrive but that would be down to the courier. Overall im pleased with the product and would recommend the seller
