    Eventually got a refund for the product I never received but only after a guilt trip and being lied to about shipping. Basically, I was told not to believe my eyes. Ebay’s AI system originally declined my refund because the seller insisted the order was shipped and provided a link to FedEx that was added to the eBay system 8 days after I was supposed to have received the product. And look at the box in the photo provided. 30 or 40 strap locks could fit inside that. Something is weird.
