  Waited for more than a month to receive it, múltiple calls promising they will send it, eventually saying they had sent it and that they'll send me the tracking code, but this was never sent. On the positive side they issued a refund, however I have lost one and a half month in the process of building my bathroom as we were waiting for this tile. If you didn't want to proceed with the sale it would have been good practice to simply cancel the order as soon as it was made.

  hi, Thanks for the neutral feedback, i was on holiday for 2 weeks, I should of put my status to away but due to being Currently new to eBay i was unaware until I spoke to other eBay sellers there is an option for this, so we did send one single tile out but this got damaged even though it was well wrapped, a full refund was issued and i have now change the listing as i wont be selling 1 single tile separately anymore as it is not cost effective to us a business and delivery charges ,

  Excellent! 10 tiles, 178kg inc pallet, arrived unbroken and well delivered.High quality. Seller the most helpful and attentive on ebay offered replacement if any were broken but all A1, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS . Buy with confidence.
