It's all about the tiger, it's sacred. I was born in the Year of the Tiger and it means a lot to me. People say, "It's all about the selling, the money". Which to some degree is true, otherwise, why are we here? But for me it goes much deeper. It's the customer service, the interaction between my customers and me. It's the notation of surprise when they open their package to find what's inside. Going the extra mile to bring satisfaction. And the quality of the products, the freshest dried herbs, awesome mortars and pestles, and so on. I'm not looking for top dollar all though many of my products are worth it.
