Ordering was easy. And they answered my question when I wasn't sure about this purchase. Upon arrival, my box was beaten up pretty bad as it seemed as someone wanted to know what was in the box. A perfect hole, but enough paper for wrapping protected these parts, I'm grateful for. Was totally stoked to get this on my ride. The only thing I had a problem with was the CHAT. Got answers before it arrived, but once I got item, company never responded. Part was never removed from box.
