  NEVER AGAIN! Long ago I was a power seller on ebay. However, they had NO RESPECT for their power sellers so I opened a store front. Best thing I ever did:) NOW as far as this trans action NOT SO GOOD. Shampooer arrived a few days after the carrier said they had delivered it. NOT SO.   High quality machine. I think this is the only company to buy them from as Panasonic doesn't sell them any more. The seller quickly took care of an issue with shipping damage. As with anything the price of these vacuums has gone way up but it is the best upright out there.
