    Very disappointed in the way I received my uggs I contacted the seller regarding the issue and still waiting for them to send me my box my boots were sent in a dented beat up box and they were wrapped in paper I can’t even store them right I would’ve bought them elsewhere if I would’ve known they were going to send them in damaged brown box very disappointed not as described said with box

    I am very sorry you were disappointed in your UGG boot shipment. This size was the largest boot box and would not fit in any of our shipping boxes. I made a judgment call and double wrapped them and put the boots inside of our shipping box to send out. When I got back from my business trip I could not find the UGG box to send to you. We take customer service very seriously and would like to work with you to make you 100% happy.
