    We have purchased several parts from Tech For Less and it has always been a positive experience. Once I attempted to dropship a part to a customer and made a mistake. I was able to contact their support line and rectify the situation quickly - but, I had just ordered the part and within 30 minutes they had boxed it and generated a label. They seem to be very on top of their orders, and we will continue to be customers when we need to make repairs.

    I have had a good experience with this seller for the most part. There was some confusion with shipping information but in the end the item showed up a couple days earlier than expected and is in great shape.     I'm doing 3 stars for now. The seller shipped the unit promptly after purchase. The problem is the printer was dead on arrival. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. The broken unit is likely not the seller's fault, so I give them five stars for their professionalism and quickly providing a return shipping label. They said they will refund my money once they receive it back. Zero starts for the broken unit. It was open box, so it had a risk.
