  NEGATIVE Is what I should probably rate this transaction. But I'm a nice person. This package took 22 days to make it from Florida to Texas. If it is due to the shipping company you should change companies. I asked if there was a timeframe or any information. This was the response "Hello, Sorry to hear that, we have contacted the courier to look into the situation and chased it up, Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards!" This did not answer my question or really give any help.

  Ordered black 1 then they messaged me with no solution or anything saying we can't get that 1 no more we will send out a blue 1 so I agreed with a little moan obviously,, then a week went by hadn't received nothing so I opened a case they wasn't replying then out of the blue oh we got the black 1 now but we will just refund you waste of time poor customer service and bad lack of communication pointless
