The lady bugs arrived and I cut the bag opened to release them in the evening on my peach tree area. After awhile of attending and spreading them out, I left the remainder to come out on their own overnight. In the morning a lot of bug were in the bag and dead. When I contacted the company they immediately sent another WHOLE bag of ladybugs. They have arrived and are wonderful. Thank you for your product and service.
