Absolutely abysmal service. The only thing they got right was the delivery. The item is not sold as seen. I know I was expecting a second hand product but it's cracked on the front twice, which I was not illuded to on the photos by the seller. Ive essentially paid £28 for a cracked piece of plastic that looks awful. The packaging was terrible too, and no way warranted £8. Wouldn't use this seller again. Wouldn't recommend this seller again. Abysmal.

The speakers are fine and were packaged very carefully, that's the only reason this feedback is 'neutral' instead of a red dot. The problem was shipping time - it took the seller 8 days to send me the order and the funny part is that they dispached it one day after I requested cancellation and a refund as it was taking too long. Zero communication, no updates or response to my messages. I feel lucky that I have received what was purchased and would not be using this seller again.

I was away for a fortnight when you made this order and my account was on ''Holiday Mode'' making buyers aware that seller is away and hence the delay in delivery your order.

AVOID. Worst seller I've ever dealt with in over 20 years. Printer was broken - may have broken in transit as it was so badly packed. When they eventually agreed a refund the label was the wrong weight - twice. Weeks went by and I had to get ebay to step in several times. Whole thing took a month to resolve and never any kind of acknowledgement or apology from the seller.

Item was in good working order and well packaged when sent. Sometimes product/s gets damaged in transit by the courier... and this is beyond our control. We assisted you throughout the whole process.
