About us

I have suffered from acne since I was 14. I am now 54 and suffer from Cystic Acne, the most severe Acne. I discovered Acne Dots in 2017. They have done so much with helping me and my struggles that I decided to create a store to sincerely help others battle their acne and skin picking issues. I also created my own brand, TADS20(r) (THE ACNE DOT STORE). Thanks for your time!

    The patches were advertised as "10 Rectangular Patches, 5 Sheets." However, all I received was one little sheet with two small patches attached! The seller and I went back and forth with seller claiming the ad never stated the above. I called eBay to make sure I was reading the ad correctly. The rep said the ad plainly stated, "10 Rectangular Patches, 5 Sheets." In the end, a refund was issued, but not without a huge time-consuming hassle. We can never get our wasted time back. Thanks.
