  Poster was insufficiently packed, rolled up in a reused cardboard box with various scraps of packing material jammed around it. It arrived damaged (warped and several creases). Seller seemed resistant to return and wasn't concerned about the damage, said I should dry mount it and it will be fine. They offered a partial refund which I accepted. I had the poster framed at this suggestion ($$$) at a trusted framer who did the best they could, but it still looks damaged. Overall bad experience.

  Buyer agreed to a 50% refund for damaged caused in shipping and seemed genuinely grateful. I was never able to see the extent of the damage. A regrettable situation.
