Hi there, sorry that the product shows expired, we have since contacted the manufacturer who have clarified that the active ingredients in the sanitizer do not expire as it is mainly alcohol, the expiry is simply for storage purposes.

I was very upset and sad that this keyboard and mouse were broken and it didn't turn on at all, and it was apparently used before because the box was torn. I bought this keyboard as a gift for my daughter who lives in another country, but I can't return it. Until I came back from my daughter and I was upset that they sold me a used product

Hi sorry to hear that you are not happy with your item, i can guarantee that we dont sell used keyboard. The small rip in the box is likely to have been caused in transit, this doesnt mean that it is used. Please open a return request and i will be happy to replace. Thanks
