    So, at first my item didn't turn up on time and I showed my discontent on here! BUT and it's a BIG BUT! I had a call from the after sales manager, who could not apologise enough and said how embarrassed he was about the hole thing. Explaining that he had been away and not put someone in place. And that it had all been a big learning curve for him. He then insisted on refunding the full amount, and sending me the order for free as an apology for my troubles.

    Ordered and paid10 days ago never recieved item,no updates as to delivery status, no reply to messages and then when i check on order status it now states out of stock i now have to wait another week at least for a refund very badly run company advertise items that are not in stock take your money and leave you to deal with it
