    Listed as new open box but came item very heavy used item. Keyboard have more than 10 points of scratches and holes. Communication with seller, he answers that there no dent, ding, etc. Last time, he doesn't answer anymore. Seller is scammer, don't buy from this seller.

    Hi, This item was in new condition when we sent it out to you-definitely no holes. (How would a keyboard even have a hole?) You waited until 30 days had passed to reach out. We still offered to take the keyboard back and provide a full refund.
