We are South Africans that have been living in the UK for twelve years. Making biltong and dry sausage (Droewors) with Grandparents was traditional when we were children and their unique recipes were passed down to us, always memorised, never recorded. Our recipes are traditional, delicious and natural, we refuse to use any artificial preservatives or nitrates, just great quality spices and beef!
We have always been in the food industry, from running butcheries in South Africa to fast food outlets and farm shops in the Uk but our passion has always been curing and drying meat, it's what we're good at and we believe that our products are not only of the greatest quality but also the best priced on the net.
