    Unfortunately I had to return the remote as it did not operate all the functions on the hi-fi, this maybe due to me buying it second hand and it was possibly a higher spec. Communication from the seller was first class and there wasn't a problem returning the remote. I would use the seller again without hesitation and would recommend them due to their returns policy.
