Taking his frustration (displaced anger) out on ebay sellers, we are agents of Soundlab for 8 years now. Got his money back, got a free postage label to return the item back. What's his problem I fail to understand. If you have so much distrust then don't buy online. Mistakes happen and sellers do their best to correct their mistake or offer to refund.
